*Yawns
I feel so weary and sleepy today. I woke up at 12 am and I didn't managed to get some rest until 3pm.
During drawing lecture today, I saw an animation clip entitled 'The man who planted trees'. Its really inspiring. One man can indeed make a big difference. I made a google search on the net and found out that this cartoon was adapted from a book authored by Jean Giono. Maybe I will try reading it some day.
After 'Understanding Media' class I went to see Mr Baktha to get some opinions on my card. As soon as that's settled I went to Art Friend (located at Bras Basah Complex) to buy a new pad of watercolour paper. I decided to buy some Aquafine watercolour tubes(FYI cheaper than Daler's Artist...which is unreasonably expensive and smaller too). Then I went for broke and bought an A2 portfolio as well. I didn't buy the Zipper Drafting Bag which costs S$23, instead I bought Florence. Its twice as expensive...
shrieks: "Why??? Was it imported from France?"
I hope that it's durable and will last me for years to come though.
Grumble grumble..lol . I'm such a scrooge.
